DESCRIPTION:Heartdrops of Dharmakaya\nHeartdrops of Dharmakaya is a very concise yet comprehensive text on Dzogchen. The text was written by Shardza ​​Tashi Gyaltsen\, a great Bonpo teacher and yogi who realized the rainbow body in 1934. The Heartdrops can be read as a step-by-step guide to practicing Dzogchen meditation. It is a personal instruction from Shardza ​​to his students. Despite its modern nature\, it is not a do-it-yourself manual. For proper understanding\, it is necessary to receive direct instruction and transmission from a qualified teacher. The text includes\, among other things\, special preparatory exercises for Dzogchen (Rushen)\, followed by an introduction to the natural state and instructions for the practice of Trekchö and Tögel. Because this text encompasses all aspects of the Dzogchen teachings\, it is particularly suitable for both beginning and experienced practitioners.
