He has been practicing in the Bon tradition since 2007. His main teacher is Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. He has received teachings (tri), transmissions (lung) and initiations (wang) from many Bon teachers: Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche, Ponlob Trinley Nyima Rinpoche, Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche, Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche, Khenpo Nyima Dondrup Rinpoche, and many Bon Geshes. During 2012-2015 he was the umze (group leader) of a Ligmincha Sangha in Krakow and he also served as a member on the Board of Directors of Ligmincha Poland where he was responsible for organizing retreats with Bon teachers in Poland. He spent one year (2015-2016) studying at the Lishu institute in India (www.lishu.org) where he was receiving Bon teachings, learning Tibetan language. During this period he paid multiple visits at Menri – the main monastery of the Bon tradition. In 2017 Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche appointed him as an instructor of Ligmincha Poland. In his role as an instructor he has been giving lectures and conducting retreats and workshops in many places in Poland.
Currently, he is working on his Ph.D. thesis at Jagiellonian University. He participates in scientific conferences, translates texts and lectures from English, as well as engages in edition of Tibetan texts. Between 2012-2015, he was teaching Tibetan history and culture at the Centre of Comparative Studies of Civilizations at Jagiellonian University.
