Shipping Policy
We have limited staff at our store located at Serenity Ridge Retreat Center. You can expect to receive orders within10 days if you live in the U.S., and slightly longer if you live outside of the US.

Customs
For international orders, in case there are customs fees, they will need to be paid by the purchaser.

Returns
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if your item is defective. We will send a return shipping label. Once the item is received we will send a replacement.
