Resting in Being: A Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Join us for Part 2 of a new series of short guided meditations led by Aleezé Sattar Moss, offered regularly each month. Open to everyone, each live session will last about 20 minutes and will be announced ahead of time, allowing participants to plan and join with ease. Aleezé will guide us in mindfulness practices in support of the inner refuge meditations we engage in each month during the 24-Hour Full Moon Practice.
The inner refuge is entered through a practice of deeply abiding in the stillness, silence, and spaciousness of being. It is an opportunity to connect with fullness and completeness in the present moment, and to discover a deep sense of protection amid life’s challenges. We warmly invite you to join this session as we cultivate centering, calm, and presence together amid the busyness of daily life.
