Serenity Ridge Retreat Center is pleased to welcome Lama Kalsang Nyima, resident lama for Ligmincha Mexico, to the center In April and May. He will join Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and participants for the spring retreat and will be available for rituals while he is at Serenity Ridge.

Lama Kalsang’s stay at Serenity Ridge is part of a new program in which Ligmincha’s resident lamas will spend about two months each year at Serenity Ridge for at least the next five years. Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso of Ligmincha Poland kicked off the new program at  Serenity Ridge this past November through January. During that time he supported Tenzin Rinpoche’s winter retreat, taught a weeklong tummo retreat in January, and more.

Serenity Ridge will share a form to request rituals at it gets closer to his arrival date. There also will be some weekend events taking place with Lama Kalsang. Among other things, Lama Kalsang is expected to teach the Lha Lu ritual for retrieving life force energy. This is especially powerful for restoring or repairing lost lung, prana or chi for oneself and others. It is also a powerful tool for healing from illness and physical injury.

Look for more information closer to his arrival date!
