We need each other to truly flourish! Ligmincha teachers, staff and volunteers work to preserve and transmit the ancient Yungdrung Bön tradition of Tibet. We maintain its original values, truths and forms as much as possible while embracing the accessible, direct and experiential style of our founder, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Our goal is a happier, healthier and more conscious planet for everyone, all sentinet beings included.
Our work is made possible through the generous gifts of donors. Fully one third of our work running retreats, publishing online courses and printing books is made possible by our donors.
Donors also help us keep our retreat prices more affordable, provide hundreds of hours of free teachings online, and support monks and monasteries in Nepal and India.
