Medicine Buddha Ritual with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso

Receive the blessings of the Medicine Buddha. Geshe Gyatso will offer the Medicine Buddha ritual, reciting from an ancient Medicine Buddha text. He will give brief explanations of the different aspects of the ritual. On our side, this is an opportunity to quiet our minds and sit with Geshe la as he performs the ritual on our behalf. About half-way through there will be a break. Meditation cushions and chairs will be available. At the conclusion, there will be an opportunity to offer a khata (Tibetan ritual offering scarf; available in our shop) to Geshe Gyatso.

Bring a potluck dish to share after the ritual concludes, and we will join together with Geshe la for lunch.
