Event Details
Come together with the global 3 Doors Community, our beloved founder Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, and 3 Doors teachers for a two-day online retreat. We will explore meditation practices and teachings rooted in the ancient Tibetan Bön Buddhist tradition and how they can be a support for the challenges we face today.
Each day will include a teaching with Rinpoche with time for questions, and teaching and practices led by 3 Doors teachers. Small group breakout rooms hosted by 3 Doors Presenters and Teachers will offer opportunities to connect with fellow participants around the world.
The main theme of the weekend will be exploring how to recognize and transform pain identities. Bring awareness and kindness to habitual patterns and perceptions that block your natural creativity and goodness.
In this online retreat we will take time to notice and acknowledge limited patterns that we hold in our bodies as tension, exhaustion, and illness; in our speech that is divisive or judgmental; and in our minds arising as regrets, fears, and insecurities. These human habits limit our capacity to bring forth the creativity and goodness of being that is fundamental to us all.
Through simple meditation practices of breath and awareness, we can bring openness and kindness to our challenges as we rest in stillness of the body, silence of speech, and spaciousness of mind. Discovering an inner refuge, these energetic patterns that bind can loosen and release and pathways of well-being and joy open. Our practice will be strengthened and nurtured by meditating with a global community of 3 Doors practitioners.
