Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche is a renowned meditation master and author of many books on spirituality. Rinpoche has been teaching for 30 years in many countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. In this course, Rinpoche will continue the teachings of tummo (the practice of inner heat and bliss).

The teachings and meditation help us connect with our own heart. Through these teachings, we discover space, openness and an unlimited source of possibilities within ourselves. By connecting with our own essence, the nature of the mind, we can transform our lives into more joyful and valuable ones. Practicing meditation in daily life enriches our relationships with other people, helps us approach our work in a more creative way, and teaches us how to use our lives in a more wise and compassionate way.

Prerequisite for participation is prior receipt of tummo teachings from one of Bon’s teachers or participation in a preparatory course with Geshe Gyatso August 9-11. More information here.
