Anneke Dekkers met Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche for the first time in 2005 in the Netherlands and immediately felt a deep sense of truth in his words. She served as the treasurer of the board for Ligmincha Netherlands in 2009 and has been the board chair from 2012 until 2018. In her work life, Anneke worked as a child psychologist with children from 0 through age 18. After this she worked in the department of palliative care at the Comprehensive Cancer Centre The Netherlands. Since 2018 she is also involved in the organization of the 3doors.
