RETREAT—Teachings and Practice of Sherab Chamma

In many cultures, primordial female energy is recognized as the origin of existence. It is a source of wisdom, love, and compassion. The practice of Sherab Chamma is a method for retrieving and directly connecting to that divine feminine energy. This connection has the potential for profound healing at all levels of experience—physical, energetic, psychological, and spiritual.

In this practice, which relies upon visualization, meditation, and mantra, students deeply connect with their own innate wisdom and with the love and compassion that radiate from that wisdom. We allow the presence of the sacred feminine to fill our bodies and our hearts, expand through time and space to retrieve our lost connections and heal all that needs to be healed.

Saturday and Sunday
15:00–16:00: Guided practice with Polish instructor
