The summer retreat with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche
Tummo – teachings about inner heat and bliss, part 1
August 20 – 25, 2019.

Chamma Ling Centre, Aleja Huberta 4, Wilga (near Warsaw), Poland.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche is a renowned meditation master and author of multiple books on spirituality. Rinpoche has been teaching in many countries of Europe, Asia, and both Americas for thirty years. During this year’s summer retreat, he will deliver first part of the teachings about inner heat and bliss (tib. tummo).

The teachings and meditation allow us to connect to our own heart. Thanks to these teachings we discover space, openness, and an unlimited source of possibilities within ourselves. By connecting to our own essence, the nature of mind, we can transform our life into being more joyful and valuable. Practicing meditation in our daily life enriches our relations with other people, helps us adopt a more creative approach to our work, and teaches us how to make wiser and more compassionate use of our own life.

Thanks to meditation we can free ourselves from our own limitations, habits, and suffering. Meditation shows us that every experience served by our life, both positive and negative, may become a gate facilitating a deeper connection with yourself and discovery of inner freedom. The qualities we all need: love, joy, or creativity are inherent in ourselves. When our life becomes more joyful and spontaneous, it benefits all around us. Our openness and joy is the greatest gift we can give to others.
