In today’s world of uncertainty and conflicting emotions, stability of the mind helps us to sustain a sense of inner calm and peace. Ligmincha Texas invites you to join us in a peaceful zoom teaching retreat by Geshe Denma Gyaltsen on Saturday and Sunday, July 25 and 26, 2020, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Central Daylight Time (11 a.m. –6 p.m. New York time). All are welcome.

With practice, we can learn to focus our attention in the stillness, silence and spaciousness of being. Resting in awareness slows our breath and lowers our internal activation in response to outer events, a help in challenging times. This meditation has a serene and sustaining quality that is experienced in our core. The practitioner becomes centered, alert, connected and confident.

This weekend, Geshe Denma will spend time with students explaining and strengthening the qualities of one-pointed focus and concentration. Join us to learn and welcome open awareness through the practice of calm abiding.
