Short retreats on different subjects (including Tibetan yoga) are guided once or twice a year by international instructors.

Last but not least, we are privileged to host Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche every year (both in France and in Switzerland). To stay informed, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Ligmincha France & French-speaking Switzerand aims to preserve and spread the culture and practices of the Tibetan Yundrung Bön tradition, as well as the study of the arts, traditional sciences and literature of the ancient Zhang Zhung lineage.
