Ligmincha France & French-speaking Switzerland maintains 15 practice groups that are open to all, welcoming beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Practicing together and receiving support and guidance in our meditation and in the Tibetan yogas are ,essential to integrating the teachings and achieving deep and sustainable benefits.

 

During the pandemic, sessions are offered online every Monday and Tuesday , as well as one Sunday a month.

REGULAR ACTIVITIES LIST

Our fifteen groups in France and Switzerland offer weekly practice sessions. A lama is invited to give a full day of teaching in Paris one Sunday every month.

Short retreats on different subjects (including Tibetan yoga) are guided once or twice a year by international instructors.

Last but not least, we are privileged to host Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche every year (both in France and in Switzerland). To stay informed, please subscribe to our newsletter.

ABOUT US

Ligmincha France & French-speaking Switzerand aims to preserve and spread the culture and practices of the Tibetan Yundrung Bön tradition, as well as the study of the arts, traditional sciences and literature of the ancient Zhang Zhung lineage.

Ligmincha France is a non-profit association (under the law of 1901). The team is composed of volunteers only.

This association was founded in February 2015 by a group of Swiss and French students of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.

It stemmed from their intense resonance with the precious teachings of this great Bön Dzogchen master and with the teachings and practices of the Tibetan tradition of Yungdrung Bön in genreal. Their goal is to share these profound and beneficial traditional teachings and practices.

After 5 years of activity, the association counts :

Membership

Would you like to join Ligmincha France and French-speaking Switzerland or renew your membership?

In order to participate in the activities of the association (courses, workshops, practice sessions), you need to be a
member and have paid your annual membership fee of 30 €.

Your membership will allow you to benefit from a 20% discount on the retreats organized by the association with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche in France and in French-speaking Switzerland.

Membership dues, donations and fees for teachings and practice gatherings are Ligmincha’s only financial resources.
