Who Am I?

with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche

In this four day retreat, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche will teach from his poem, “Who Am I?”, a dzogchen poem on freedom and self-liberation, to explore how we can let go of being who we think we are. We will connect to our own infinite potentiality, allowing us to manifest all that we are.

Rinpoche will guide us through unique exercises that he has created, to connect us to profound places within ourselves and transcend the deeper layers of personality in a journey toward self-realization, our own enlightened qualities, and the unique ways in which each one of us can express them. Practices will be led by Tulku Ponse Jigme Tenzin and Ani Sherab Wangmo.

Read the poem “Who am I?”. Downloadable PDF in: English | Chinese | Dutch | French | German | Hindi | Hungarian | Italian | Korean | Nepali | Polish | Portuguese | Russian | Slovak | Spanish | Tibetan | Turkish

Live translation available in Portuguese, Polish, Russian and Spanish.
