The stupa and the gompa
A large Gompa – the place of meditation and contemplation – and a few meters’ high stupa symbolizing the enlightened mind of the Buddha are located in the central place in the area. Prayer flags are attached to its top. A small Gompa is located nearby; it serves as a place for meditations and retreats with a smaller number of participants taking place throughout the year.
