Description
It is custom to offer khata to honored people during greeting and at ceremonial occasions. Khatas are often tied to stupas, statues, trees or other blessed objects. Khatas can be reused and placed on one’s altar or sacred location.
Do not iron and khatas are not to be worn as scarves.
